Our Story
We are so excited about the opportunity to serve the Camden community. We have been married for 14 years and retired from the military in 2021. We created Saintz BBQ Co in 2010 and have served customers in TX, OH, and MO, most recently from our restaurant on Bull Shoals Lake . In December 2021, due to family health reasons, we decided to close the restaurant and move to Camden (where Matt graduated from in 1983) to be near his family. We come from l long line of BBQ men and cooks who loved to feed and serve people. We thought we were through, but now gourmet burgers and hand cut french fries are our passion, thus The Beard and Buns Burger Company was born. Where Simplicity meets Extraordinary!

Here at The Beard and Buns Burger Co., we're beyond excited to serve the Camden community with the very best burgers around. The Beard and Buns Burger Co will take up residence in a restaurant that has been a fixture in Camden history, starting with its inception as Marino's serving multiple generations. It was transformed into Frozen Delight when Matt's grandparent's bought it in 1993, where our family continued to make snow cones on an original "Ortolono's Snow Wizard Machine" until 2012. You would not be hard pressed not to find someone who grew up in Camden that hasn't had a snow cone made on this machine. We are proud to carry on this tradition and introduce our soon to be famous burgers and BBQ. We can't wait to make more Camden history with you. See ya soon!
